Mark Hayman
After attending Calasanctius School and then Wesleyan University, Mark built a career leading non-profit organizations. At Young Concert Artists for 30 years, Mark collaborated on programming, strategic planning, and donor relations, while overseeing a staff of 14. At Meadowmount, he oversaw all activities of the residential summer music school including recruitment, enrollment, faculty and staff program management, alumni development, and financial management. In both roles, Mark handled all administrative duties including financial, personnel, governance, compliance, and programming.
Mark grew up in North Buffalo and had his Bar Mitzvah at TBZ. He recalls attending Sunday School at Broder and enjoying our beautiful Delaware Avenue synagogue growing up. Mark is excited to be a part of TBZ’s and Jewish Buffalo’s renaissance and is very happy to have returned home.
